194. The tank in a petroleum equipment installation may not be used to store a product other than a petroleum product unless the diked area of the installation meets the requirements of section 22.11.2.6 of NFPA Standard 30, Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code, published by the National Fire Protection Association.

Despite the second paragraph of section 111, the tank in a petroleum equipment installation may not be used to store a product other than a petroleum product, unless the diked area of the installation meets the requirements of paragraph F of section 4.3.2.3.2 of NFPA Standard 30-2003 Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code, published by the National Fire Protection Association.
